Great location, just steps away from major sights like the cathedral and the beautiful Dom Romer Quarter. The breakfast spread impressed me. There were fresh eggs made to order and a variety of meats and cheeses. It set a nice tone for the day. Room was comfortable, but I found the bathroom to be quite small and functional only. I didn't appreciate the lack of hot water. The pressure could definitely use an upgrade. The pillows were big and not very supportive. The room needed a refresh, but the cleanliness was acceptable. In the evenings, the restaurant downstairs created a lively atmosphere but could be quite noisy late at night, which affected my sleep. Parking was convenient with available spots in front due to the holiday season. I'd consider coming back despite the minor downsides.

The staff was pleasant & very very nice. It had particularly good and magnificent location, right by the old city/main Christmas markets, very convenient to go shopping and the river and squares. In Cucina Delle Grazie, located nearby I had Bavarian meals.

I had a sensational breakfast and it had plenty of food. I truly enjoyed lovely location, adjacent to the nice area of Roemer and Dom, very close to U-bahn, the shopping street, and restaurants, stores and sights.

The breakfast offered very nice options, along with some great coffee that fueled my days. The proximity to major attractions in the area made it convenient to explore without trekking too far.
Showers are awkward with limited space. One even posed a challenge for older guests. Water pressure could use a boost, and several rooms had an unkempt appearance, with damp carpets and cleanliness issues that shouldn't fly in a proper hotel.

Reasons to love it, and reasons not to
The hotel's location is fantastic! Within walking distance to major attractions. Delicious breakfast options with fantastic coffee. Staff were warm and helped us with breakfast for our early departure.
Despite the allure, the restaurant downstairs can be quite noisy at night. Limited amenities in the room can be an issue, like lack of a mini-fridge that might affect longer stays.

The breakfast offered a good selection of cold meats, cheeses, and fresh eggs made to order, a good start to each day. The shower had low water pressure and inconsistent hot water, which could be improved. The large square pillows were not very comfortable.
